The transformation from a fast food outlet to a prestige estate agency and property services office has been dramatic.

Occupying a prominent corner position in the high street Crown Interiors have replaced the complete front and side elevations with full height silicon jointed glass. The building has been extended at the front and the rear to increase the footprint by approximately 25%.

The whole project, including the interior fit-out, was carried out on a design and build basis and was completed on time and within budget.

Having previously carried out similar office refurbishment projects for Savills in Cardiff and Cheltenham, Crown Interiors were selected by Savills' in house architectural / project management team to provide a complete solution from demolition through to the office furniture installation.

The finished result is a modern design that has served to significantly increase Savills presence in one of their flagship locations.


By paying for your furniture from your cash flow only a limited percentage is available for tax purposes. The revenue only currently allows you to offset 65% of the capital cost against capital allowances.

However, if a leasing option is taken, then there is an allowance to offset the full 100% of repayments against corporate tax. With a minimum order of £1,000 the sky is the limit.
